No, The Crown Pro never compromises the bonds in the hair.
The only reason that frizz or ‘previous damage’ would still occur AFTER The Crown Pro treatment will be down to the incorrect temperature (too low) of the irons and lack of thoroughness when completing the strokes per section (too big sections or not sealing accurately from root to end) during the sealing process.
Both of the Essential Amino Keratin Lotions have a pH of 1.5. The Pre-Treatment Technical Shampoo has a pH of 8, while the Post-Treatment Technical Shampoo is 5.5. The Post-Treatment Supreme Mask has a pH of 5.5.

Yes you can! Different sections of the hair need different treatments from root to end for the softening process and nutrients to reach the hair. Therefore, the Lotions can be overlapped or mixed together.
Compared to other keratin products, The Crown Pro doesn’t coat, it penetrates the hair and fills the gaps inside the hair without coating the outside or leaving a residue after the treatment to maintain the results and create a bespoke service for each client. Different sections of the hair need different treatments from root to end and for the softening process and nutrients to reach the hair.
This is normal and not harmful to you or your client.
The Crown Pro works on each strand differently to fill the gaps and when rinsing, do this gently without scrubbing the hair as any excess treatment no longer needed will rinse away, whilst the molecules needed to bridge the gaps will remain until set with heat from the irons.
Unfortunately, The Crown Pro contains Hydrolysed Keratin, which is a by-product of sheep’s wool, and therefore means it is not vegan.

When sealing grey hair, the irons can be set to a lower temperature and fewer strokes applied due to the texture or condition if necessary.

Yes, The Crown Pro is perfectly safe to use when pregnant, either applying or receiving the treatment.
Yes, you can use a plastic cap or towel to insulate the treatment. Be mindful of the product touching the scalp or skin on the face and neck when using a cap.
The Crown Pro will last up to 6 months when doing the smoothing treatments with irons and up to 3 months when using the Luxury Frizz Management. This will be dependent on the client’s lifestyle and homecare regime.
Use of professional homecare will ensure the maintenance of the treatment.
